Thanks to Marc Hoogerwerf and Brian Keith who reminded me that it's:

{"Apple","Orange","Banana"}.FindByValue([Fruit]) > -1

which proves that I should triple check my typing before asking a
question
since that's what I thought I'd done. ;p
